How long does shipping take? Ready to ship items will be shipped within 5 business days. All other items will have the ETA listed. 

How do I track my shipment? Tracking will be included in your shipment email. If you have any questions, shoot us an email! You can also download the SHOP app to track packages.

How do I make a return? Returns are only accepted if an error has been made. If you feel there was an error, please email us, and we will direct you from there.

How long does it take to process my return? Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Can I Exhange for a different item? We are unable to accommodate any exchanges at this time.
